Picture Roundup: On the Water with Kids
Taking your kids out on the boat can teach them so much: lessons on the environment, food sustainability and plain ol' how to enjoy the outdoors.
In preparation for spring, we've rounded up some of our favorite pictures of our kids on the boat — and we want to see yours! We've taken a fishing angle here, but we'd also love to see families powerboating, sailing, participating in watersports or just cruising around.

Not one of these kids weighs as much as the 90-pound black drum they caught while fishing on the Chesapeake Bay.

David, Travis, and Max are best buds at school, on the lacrosse field, and most of all — on the boat!

That's Justin Densberger, with his first-ever mahi-mahi. Later that day he got seasick, soaked in a downpour, shivered in a 15-knot breeze, and then said it was one of the best days of his life.

Those golden tilefish were reeled up from 600 feet below, and when these kids get home they'll have fishing tales to last a lifetime.
